Инвестиционное китайско-российское энергетическое сотрудничество в рамках стратегии «двойной циркуляции»: состояние и перспективы

Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются состояние и перспективы инвестиционного сотрудничества Китая и России в сфере энергетики в рамках принятой в 2020 году Китаем стратегии «двойной циркуляции». Проводится анализ динамических рядов, показывающих удельный вес России в зарубежных инвестициях Китая в энергетический сектор в сравнении со странами Центральной и Южной Азии, Ближнего Востока и Южной Америки, соотношение российских и китайских инвестиций в энергетический сектор РФ, формы инвестиционного сотрудничества и объемы китайских инвестиций по основным инвестиционным формам участия, долю российских энергетических ресурсов в общем импорте энергоресурсов в КНР. Также в статье описываются инвестиционные потребности в энергетический сектор России до 2035 года с целью определения перспектив дальнейшего сотрудничества c Китаем.

Investment Sino-Russian energy cooperation within the framework of the "dual circulation" strategy: State and prospects

Abstract. The article discusses the state and prospects of investment cooperation between China and Russia in the energy sector within the framework of the “dual circulation” strategy adopted by China in 2020. The analysis of time series showing the share of Russia in China`s foreign investments in the energy sector in comparison with the countries of Central and South Asia, the Middle East and South America, the ratio of Russian and Chinese investments in the energy sector of the Russian Federation, the forms of investment cooperation and volumes of Chinese investments by main investment forms of participation, and the share of Russian energy resources in total imports energy resources in China are carrried out. The investment needs of the Russian energy sector until 2035 in order to determine the prospects for further cooperation are also decribed in the article.
