Two Political Economies: of Socioeconomic Development and of Business Processes (Objective Conditionality of Different Methodological Approaches and Irreducibility of Theoretical Results)

Author

Lyubinin A.B., Sc.D. (Economics), Professor

Abstract

The article puts up and argues in favor of a nontrivial thesis of that the classical (Marxist, in the apex of its evolution) political economy and neoclassical political economy (economics) are not in effect the two branches of same science «political economy» (general economic theory) but rather two independent general theoretical disciplines distinguished by the subject, method and theoretical results. The author believes that the latter are of different quality, hence, irreducible in principle. Denying the possibility of an «organic» synthesis of the two political economies into a single theory, the author not only concedes but assumes an «inorganic» synthesis thereof necessary, hence cooperation of their representatives with a view to developing effective concrete recommendations for subjects of state economic, including anti-crisis, policy.

Key words
